PRODUCTION PROCESS
Green pomelo Citrus maxima is processed whole — together with its peel and white inner layer — and fermented in its own juice for at least 30 months.
During this prolonged maturation, the fruit develops a soft texture, a deep sweet-and-sour flavour and characteristic citrus bitterness. The peel and white inner layer retain natural bitter compounds and essential oils.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE OF POMELO
100 grams of pomelo contain approximately 41 mg of vitamin C. Other valuable natural components include calcium, magnesium and phosphorus.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Begin with one quarter or one half of a piece per day. Chew thoroughly and drink approximately 500 ml of warm water afterwards.
For a cleansing course, consume daily for 30 days. Adjust the portion individually according to your bowel response. It is best to plan the first use at home.
