Share Original® is a whole fermented Prunus mume fruit, also known as Japanese apricot or green plum. The product gently activates digestion, supports complete bowel emptying and helps restore natural regularity.
Share Original® is suitable for a gradual course of intestinal cleansing and for daily inclusion in the diet. The response to the fermented fruit is individual: for some people, the effect appears gently and gradually, while for others bowel activity becomes more noticeably stimulated.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
The Prunus mume fruits are harvested by hand and fermented in their own juice for at least 30 months using a traditional mother culture.
After prolonged maturation, the fruits are coated with a blend of natural herbs and spices. Fermentation continues inside the individual packaging, allowing the product to retain its characteristically soft texture and rich sweet-and-sour flavour with spicy notes.
The fermentation process takes place in Switzerland. Each batch undergoes quality control and testing by independent international institutes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
When first trying the product, begin with half a fruit in the evening. Chew the flesh thoroughly and drink approximately 500 ml of warm water afterwards.
For a cleansing course, the manufacturer recommends consuming half to one whole fruit daily for at least three months. Adjust the portion individually according to your bowel response.
