We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and clear return process.


1. Returns

You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The returned product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except where the product is defective or was delivered by mistake.

This right applies only to natural persons making purchases for non-commercial purposes.


2. Exception for food products

The 14-day right of return does not apply to perishable goods (cold-pressed oils and other food products). If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:

If you contact us after this period, we cannot guarantee that the matter will be resolved in your favor.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and the return confirmed. The refund will be made to the same account or using the same payment method used for the purchase.


4. Product warranty

All non-food products are covered by a 24-month warranty. Repairs during the warranty period are free of charge. The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear.

For warranty repairs, send or deliver the product at your own expense to: Salų g. 14, Voveriškių k., Klaipėdos r., Lithuania.


5. Non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods and products with a short shelf life
  • Gift cards
  • Used or mechanically damaged goods
  • Goods that have lost their original condition (removed labels, damaged packaging)


6. How to return a product

Email us at info@microbiotafood.eu, stating your order number, reason for the return, and product name. We will provide the return address and instructions. Send the parcel using a delivery method convenient for you.

To withdraw from the contract, you may use the contract withdrawal form.

7. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The authority for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, Vilniaus g. 25, LT-01402 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lt
